Dec. 16th, 6-8:30p - "Exploring the Process" with artist James LoParo and Guest Moderator Larry Qualls @ 6:30p with reception to 8:30p. Larry Qualls a former contributing editor and columnist for Art on Paper is a contemporary art consultant for ARTstor, the non-profit digital image library for education and scholarship. For thirteen years he served as an associate editor of Performing Arts Journal, published by the MIT Press, and was an editor of the pioneering film and video journal Art + Cinema in the 1980s.
Nov. 6th @ 2p: an "in gallery" walking tour by NYC tour guide Alfred Pommer of the Flatiron/Gramercy areas depicted in the Triple Play exhibition . Coming Thursday January 21st from 6-8p: "The Easels" featuring Peter Tripp, works on paper from his Evaporation Plus Series. Curated by Elisa Pritzker with this month's Guest Moderator Larry Qualls, Contributing Editor of Art on Paper and a contemporary art consultant to ARTstor. For thirteen years he was an associate editor of PAJ: A Journal of Performance and Art and before that a co-editor of Art + Cinema.

Edward Evans: works will be included in an exhibition of 77 artists who previously had solo exhibitions at the Washington Pavilion of Arts and Science, Sioux Falls, South Dakota from Aug. 28-Dec. 6th, 2009. His work is currently in a group show @ the Reading Public Museum in Reading, PA from July 12-Sept. 6th; Ed's work was also recently in a group show @ the Susquehanna Art Museum, Harrisburg, PA ending July 18th

Leendert van der Pool has been curating several exhibitions in commemoration of the 400th Anniversary of the Dutch Settlement of Manhattan, in collaboration with a maritime museum in the Netherlands. These exhibitions are being shown at the Salmagundi Club and the Fraunces Tavern Museum in NY as well as at the Vlissingen Maritime MuZeeum in the Netherlands. He has two solo shows planned for autumn, 2009 in the Netherlands. The first show is a selection of pastels from his Ellis Island series (1998-2005), which will be shown at the Provincial Archives in Middelburg in September and October. In December he will exhibit a new series of paintings based on travels on a commercial freighter in 2008. They will be shown at the Galerie Maritime in Middelburg.
Eleanor Winters is currently preparing work for a a solo exhibition of her Calligraphy Quilts at the Edsel & Eleanor Ford Museum in Detroit, Michigan in the spring of 2010. She is scheduled to teach calligraphy workshops this autumn in England, Belgium and Germany.

Siri Berg: participating in Rutgers University, NJ- Institute for Women & Art auction of works from artists having shown in the Dana Women Artist Series. Siri's work is also included in the "Color" group show at the Southwest Minnesota State University Art Museum from March 3-April 25, 2009 and has been selected for the New Arts Program Invitational Salon Exhibition of small works from May 22-July, 2009
Elaine Defibaugh is currently in LA doing a 3 month residency @ RAID projects working on some exciting new pieces
